I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share my excitement about being the Vice Principal at Robert Hunter Elementary School.  Robert Hunter has a reputation of excellence and I feel fortunate to be joining a school culture focused on student learning, a commitment to high expectations, innovation and collaboration.  As a member of the Flemington-Raritan Regional School District team of educators, I am committed to working with staff members and families to ensure that the best possible decisions are made, keeping our students as the primary focus.

My education background consists of receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics (K-8) from The College of New Jersey and receiving a Masters of Arts degree in Math/Science/Computer Instruction & Curriculum, Supervisor Certification, and Post-Master’s Principal Certification from Kean University.  Before joining the Robert Hunter family, my professional experiences included working in Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District for 8 ½ years as both a 4th grade general education teacher and a 6th grade mathematics content area specialist and working in Franklin Township Public School District for 9 months as the District Supervisor of Mathematics K-5.

My goal as an administrator is to do everything I can to support your child in having a successful school experience.  I feel very fortunate to be part of an outstanding staff who is very dedicated to meeting the social, emotional, and academic needs of all Robert Hunter students. I feel it is important for educators to meet the unique needs and connect with each student. It is important to teach to the heart of each child and enrich their abilities to become life-long learners.

I look forward to another school year being a part of a warm and caring school environment and working together with the students, staff and parents at Robert Hunter Elementary School.  Go raccoons!
