    Each third grade student will attend a general education class daily as tolerated.  The activities the children will participate in are: morning meeting, opening activities, daily routines, science, social studies, lunch, specials, computers (if appropriate), library, Spanish, trips, and parties.  If appropriate, some students will attend for spelling, guided reading, and writing.
    The students will receive reading/language arts and math instruction in the LEAP classroom. They will also participate in sensory/fine motor activities. In some cases, students will receive their science/social studies instruction in the LEAP setting.
    The science/social studies topics will include:
    Solar Systems                       Government/Elections         Ecosystems            
    Communities                          Maps and Landforms           Magnets 
    Lenape Native Americans       Simple Machines
