What is Covid 19? An excellent video explanation from a school nurse!
Follow these steps to lower your risk of contracting any illness:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Stay home if you are sick
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
- Wash your hands often especially after:
- Going to the bathroom
- Before eating
- After coughing,sneezing, or blowing your nose
- Follow all reccomendations of the Health Authorities inyour area
If your child has a medical condition requiring limited screen time, please consult your child's doctor on how to proceed with eLearning and discuss this information with your child's teacher.
Experts are recommending that people keep an extra supply of medication on hand. Many insurance companies, Familycare, and Medicaid have authorized early prescription refills with a 90-day supply of everything except controlled substances.
