• Meet Mrs. Kohlhepp!

    Hi, my name is Katie Kohlhepp and I love teaching 3rd grade at Copper Hill! This will be my 20th year of teaching. I grew up in Flemington (was a Barley Sheaf Bear!) and graduated from Hunterdon Central. I began my teaching career in Virginia, where I went to college. I taught 3rd grade for 8 years in Virginia before moving back to NJ. I then taught Gifted & Talented (grades 3-5) in Edison for 8 years before returning to Flemington.

    I'm also a wife and a mom of two. My son will be in 4th grade this year, and my daughter will be in 1st. Before becoming a mom, I was also a cheerleader for many years and a cheerleading coach! I cheered for the Flemington Falcons, all four years at Hunterdon Central, and in college at the University of Richmond. I was also a dancer for many years. I enjoy bringing movement and music into the classroom when possible! :)
