    Amanda Cahill is the Supervisor of Early Childhood for the Flemington-Raritan School District. Prior to joining the Flemington-Raritan School District, Amanda worked in early childhood education for eight years in the New Brunswick Public School District and Piscataway Township School District. She received her Bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education at Towson University and completed her Master’s degree in educational leadership at Montclair State University. Amanda has extensive knowledge and experience with the Tools of the Mind Curriculum and preschool development and learning. She is passionate, dedicated and excited to support the expansion of the preschool program in the Flemington-Raritan School District.

    Nicole Bateman is the Preschool Intervention and Referral Specialist for the Flemington-Raritan School District.  She has a rich background in early childhood education and has been making an impact on the professional development of preschool teachers since 2017 when taking on this role in Somerville, NJ. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Advanced Curriculum and Teaching from Kean University. She earned an Early Childhood P-3 Certification from The College of NJ in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science from Seton Hall University in 2004.


    Vicki Marcine

    Vicki Marcine is the Preschool Instructional Coach for the Flemington-Raritan School District.  Vicki joins the preschool team with over ten years of preschool teaching experience in both public school and private sectors.  In addition she taught elementary level for nine years including kindergarten and first grade.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from East Stroudsburg University.  Her passion for teaching reading guided her to further pursue her education at ESU by obtaining a Masters of Education.   Vicki enjoys bringing literacy development to schools as a Reading Specialist. To further her graduate work she attended Centenary University for a certification program in Special Education. Vicki believes that early childhood education is essential in providing a strong foundation for academic, social, and emotional growth.  As a preschool teacher it is truly a gift to be an essential part of a child’s first school experience. As a preschool coach, Vicki is inspired and committed to share her creativity and knowledge to the expanding preschool program in the Flemington-Raritan School District.    


    Riley Finnegan

    Riley Finnegan is the Preschool Social Worker and Community Parent Involvement Specialist for the Flemington-Raritan School district. Riley received her Bachelors degree in Social Work from Stockton University where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team. She then furthered her education by obtaining a Masters of Social Work with a clinical specialization degree the following year. She has a deep passion for helping people and a strong commitment to advocating for the community and well-being of others. Riley is looking forward to joining Flemington- Raritan’s preschool team and is dedicated in helping and contributing to the expansion of the preschool program.

    Katherinne Javier-Mannino is the Administrative Assistant for Preschool and District Homeless Liaison for the Flemington-Raritan School District. Katherinne has experience as a Social Worker in Staten Island, and as a Special-Education Teacher in Jersey City and the Ewing area before moving to Flemington. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work and Spanish from Kean University and completed her Master’s in Early Childhood Education-Special Education from New Jersey City University. Katherinne was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and attended her early school years and high school in New York City, and is fluent in Spanish. She is now a resident of Flemington since 2019, and is excited to continue to foster a strong relationship between the Flemington-Raritan School District and community members.
