Parents can help support our program by encouraging your children to enjoy physical activity as part of their daily lives.  Be sure that they are prepared to participate on their P.E and expression days.  Perhaps you can have a family fun or fitness night where you play a backyard game, go for a bike ride or just take a walk.  When you model a healthy behavior at home, your kids are more inclined to follow your lead. 

    You can also encourage your children to make healthy food choices.  We realize that it can be difficult to provide healthy snacks and meals when people are always on the go.  Visit one of our web sites to get some ideas of simple, nutritious snacks and meals!
