Birthday Celebrations

Birthdays are a very special time.  In class, we will acknowledge each student's birthday on, or near, the date depending on when it falls in the week.  If you would also like to celebrate at school, there are many options.  You are welcome to come in to be a guest reader or do a simple craft.  Or, if your schedule doesn't allow you to come into the classroom, you can send in a small trinket for your child to share with his/her classmates.  This could be a pencil, stickers, or bookmarks, for example.

Does your child have a Summer birthday?  Not a problem!  Choose any day during the school year to celebrate.  In class, we will acknowledge Summer birthdays during the month of June.

Please note, due to our District's Wellness Policy and food allergy concerns, we will have non-food birthday celebrations.
