Hello! My name is Melissa McAnlis and I'm the math teacher on 8-4! I am so excited to be working with you this year, so let me take some time to tell you about myself!
I am a graduate of Rowan University where I earned a degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics. Teaching is and always has been my passion since I was nine years old. This will be my fourteenth year teaching at J.P. Case and my eleventh year on team 8-4!
I am also a mom to three wonderful little girls who take up most of my time when I'm not at school! They keep me very busy with all of their fun activities, and I wouldn't change it for the world!
When it comes to sports, I am a die hard NY Giants fan (go big blue!!), and I enjoy rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Union as well! I love to swim, I love the beach, and I just love to be outdoors! If we have the chance this year, we will certainly take class outside :-) I hope you have enjoyed getting to know a little about me, I certainly can't wait to learn about you!
