• In March, we will be celebrating “Music in Our Schools Month,” which is celebrated in schools across the U.S.  As part of “Music in Our Schools Month,” the students will be learning about people involved with music outside of music class. I would like to invite any parents, grandparents, relatives or guardians of the students who play instruments to visit your child’s music class and share first-hand knowledge about playing an instrument and a performance. If you do not play an instrument, you may want to teach the class a song or dance, or talk about a favorite composer or musical artist. Guest presentations should last approximately 5-10 minutes. Visitors should be prepared to talk about what music (or their musical specialty) means to them. If you would like to sign up to be a visiting musician during the week of March 14th-21st, please fill out the form below and return to Mrs. Kiesling. The particular day you visit will be based on when your child has music and the full schedule can be found on the form below.

You are also invited to celebrate with us at the All School Meeting on Friday, April 8th at 9:15 am. We will be singing a school-wide song and some students will be sharing about what music means to them! You don't want to miss it!
