• Greetings, Robert Hunter community!  I am a Hunterdon County native and grew up not far from Robert Hunter School.  I went all the way to North Carolina for college, where I earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.  I have taught in public and private schools in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, and I started teaching in Flemington in 1999.  Teaching the students at Robert Hunter is the most rewarding work I have ever done.

I am a trained singer, and my favorite kind of music to perform is 20th century choral art music.  We don't do too much of that in music class, though!  I also love to listen to music of all kinds - my personal music library takes up most of the free space on my computer.

When I am not teaching, I stay busy practicing karate and yoga, reading, gardening, volunteering for Tabby's Place, and spending time with my family, both human and feline.
