I would like students to have these materials for the first day of school:

• 12 pencils (#2 Ticonderoga pencils preferred)
• Individual pencil sharpener
• Box of colored pencils, crayons, or markers--student's choice
• 2 glue sticks
• Scissors
• Thin highlighter 
• 3 dry erase markers--low odor, dark colors
• 1 pair of earbuds or headphones
• Post-it notes (4 pads)
• Zippered pencil case
• Box of tissues
• 3 composition books--any cover is fine**
