Hello, Barley Sheaf families!  My name is Katie Vaccarino.  I have been teaching in the Flemington-Raritan School District for 20 years.  I have taught General Education and/or Special Education at Copper Hill, Robert Hunter, and Barley Sheaf.  This year I am teaching 4th Grade LLD and In Class Support for Content with Mrs. Lango.  I am so excited about teaching fourth grade this year!

 

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be a teacher.  My older sister and I always played school at home...but she was always the teacher!  I graduated from Monmouth University with my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Special Education K-12/General Education K-8 and a Minor in Psychology.  I also hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Centenary College.  I have a dual NJ Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing in Elementary School Teaching K-8 as well as in Students with Disabilities K-12.
