Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI)

The Flemington-Raritan School District participates in the State and Federal Program, Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI).  This program provides school districts with partial reimbursement for health-related service costs incurred per the student's Individualized Education Plan.  The District must record a parent/guardian's prerogative regarding consent for SEMI.   Forms are available on this site and also through the Special Services secretarial staff or your child's case manager.
