    PTO Grant Application

    Guidelines

    All grant applications will be handled online. Please download the above document.

    Any J.P. Case staff member may submit a written application for consideration. Application should be downloaded and filled out online. Any attachments must be scanned or uploaded (cell phone pictures are acceptable) and sent along with the application for review. Completed applications should be e-mailed to the J.P. Case Principal for review and approval.

    Applications denied by the J.P. Case Principal will be returned to the originator explaining why the grant was denied. If the application is approved, the J.P. Case Principal will forward the application to the J.P. Case PTO Executive Board Member in charge of grants.

    The PTO Board Member will forward the grant application to the rest of the board for approval and notify the originator of the Board's decision. Arrangements will be made at that time with the J.P. Case PTO Treasurer for all payments.

    All Grant Application decisions will be reported at the subsequent PTO meeting.
