    The Health Office will be closed for the summer. For any urgent concerns, please contact the RFIS Main Office. All medical paperwork, meds and 6 th grade immunizations are due Aug. 15, 2024. The RFIS main office is open Mon-Thursday 7:30-3:30 PM and you may leave paperwork with them.  If your child turns 11 after August 15, 2024, please schedule the appointment and let us know the date you may submit the record after. The CDC recommends 11-year-old children receive the HPV vaccine to prevent some cancers.
